The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The company also appointed Gaurav Jain & Associates as Cost Auditor and re-appointed Manohar Sharma as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27.
Strong financial performance with near-doubling of PAT growth. However, standalone operating cash flow turned negative at -₹327 Lakhs vs +₹1,245 Lakhs last year, indicating potential working capital stress despite profitability growth. Dividend and clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders.
