Dhabriya Polywood's Board, meeting on February 12, 2026, approved unaudited Q3 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹6,566 lakhs from ₹5,490 lakhs in Q3 FY25, with consolidated PAT almost doubling to ₹766 lakhs versus ₹382 lakhs a year ago. For the 9-month period, consolidated revenue rose to ₹19,474 lakhs from ₹17,164 lakhs and PAT jumped to ₹2,181 lakhs from ₹1,265 lakhs — a ~72% increase. Standalone Q3 PAT rose to ₹392 lakhs (vs ₹250 lakhs) on revenue of ₹3,640 lakhs. The Plastic Products segment remains the main contributor, while Modular Furniture grew steadily. No exceptional items were reported and the auditor (Narendra Sharma & Co.) issued a clean, unqualified review report. A final dividend of ₹0.70 per share for FY25 was paid during the quarter.
Strong double-digit profit growth across both standalone and consolidated numbers, with margins expanding meaningfully versus the year-ago quarter. This is a positive earnings update for shareholders, likely to be viewed favourably by the market.
