DHAMPUR BIO ORGANICS Q1 FY27: Consolidated revenue rose 22% to Rs 918.56 Cr from Rs 750.64 Cr YoY. Continuing operations still posted a loss of Rs 13.75 Cr (vs loss of Rs 14.09 Cr). Sugar and Bio Fuels revenues declined, while Country Liquor grew sharply. The company sold its Meerganj sugar and co-generation unit in Bareilly for Rs 305 Cr on a slump sale basis, booking a one-time gain of Rs 63.89 Cr. Total profit including discontinued operations stood at Rs 36.79 Cr versus a loss of Rs 22 Cr YoY. Board skipped interim dividend and reappointed Grant Thornton Bharat as Internal Auditor for FY27.
