Dhampur Bio Organics reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 751.26 Cr against Rs 718.82 Cr last year. PAT swung to a profit of Rs 16.90 Cr from a Rs 6.86 Cr loss. For 9M FY26, revenue rose about 18.6% to Rs 2,359.82 Cr, but the company stayed in loss with PAT of negative Rs 21.09 Cr versus Rs 30.11 Cr loss. Board also signed a non-binding term sheet with Planetary SA, Switzerland to explore exclusive production and commercialisation of Mycoprotein in India.
Q3 return to profit is encouraging, but 9M cumulative loss and exploratory mycoprotein deal mean mixed near-term outlook for shareholders.
