On the reaction day the stock moved 6.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 6.0 pts more than its Sugar peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q3 and 9 months ended December 31, 2025, along with a clean limited review report from JLN US & Co. The company posted strong growth: standalone Q3 revenue rose to ₹1,564 lakh from ₹1,044 lakh a year ago (up ~50%), with net profit jumping to ₹194 lakh from ₹64 lakh (up ~201%). For the 9-month period, standalone revenue grew to ₹3,867 lakh from ₹2,386 lakh (~62% growth) and net profit rose to ₹469 lakh from ₹266 lakh (~76% growth). Consolidated 9-month revenue came in at ₹4,108 lakh and net profit at ₹496 lakh, more than doubling year-on-year. The board also appointed Mr. Shyam Sharma as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth well above last year should be viewed positively by shareholders; however, results are seasonal (sugar/jaggery industry) and the Q3 jump partly reflects sugarcane crushing-season volumes, so full-year performance should be watched. The clean audit review and management continuity at the board level support confidence.
