Dhanalaxmi Roto Spinners reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹5,528 lakhs, up about 13% from ₹4,888 lakhs in Q3 FY25, but down sequentially from ₹6,757 lakhs in Q2 FY26. Total income for 9M FY26 stood at ₹21,008 lakhs versus ₹14,778 lakhs in 9M FY25, a healthy ~42% year-on-year jump. Profit after tax for Q3 came in at ₹163 lakhs (₹2.09 EPS), lower than ₹249 lakhs (₹6.38 EPS) in the year-ago quarter, while 9M FY26 PAT of ₹628 lakhs rose ~29% YoY from ₹485 lakhs. The statutory auditor G.D. Upadhyay & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The strong year-to-date revenue and profit growth reflects solid full-year momentum, though the sequential dip in Q3 revenue and a sharp drop in EPS versus the base quarter may pressure the stock in the short term. Overall, a mixed quarter — strong on cumulative basis but weaker on a standalone Q3 view.
