For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, total income rose 24% year on year to Rs 51,860 lakh and net profit more than doubled to Rs 4,855 lakh from Rs 2,320 lakh. For the half year, income was Rs 100,285 lakh and profit Rs 7,346 lakh. Gross bad loans fell to 1.76% of advances from 3.10%, while capital adequacy improved to 18.86%. Auditors gave an unmodified limited-review report.
Higher profit, income and fewer bad loans are positive for shareholders, though rapid loan growth and provisioning need monitoring.
