On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Private Sector Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, total income rose 9.9% year on year to Rs 418.16 crore, while profit before tax fell to Rs 23.20 crore from Rs 32.56 crore. For the half-year, income rose 14.8% to Rs 825.22 crore and net profit climbed 44.9% to Rs 25.81 crore. Gross and net non-performing asset ratios were 3.10% and 1.12%. Capital adequacy was 17.81%, and auditors reported no material misstatement.
Higher half-year profit and a lower gross bad-loan ratio support confidence, though weaker September-quarter profit may limit near-term gains.
