The board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results; the limited review found no material issue. Q2 revenue was Rs 598.25 crore, down 8.6%, while profit fell 20.0% to Rs 93.97 crore. H1 revenue fell 1.9% to Rs 1,126.54 crore and profit fell 10.2% to Rs 149.47 crore. Operating cash flow was positive at Rs 39.82 crore. The board also approved buying land in Nagpur for a formulation plant.
Lower Q2 sales and profit may pressure the stock near term. Positive cash flow and planned formulation capacity offer longer-term support.
