Dharan Infra-EPC (formerly KBC Global) faced Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process after Tata Capital Housing Finance filed Section 7 application, which was admitted on 12 Dec 2025. The suspended Board appealed to NCLAT. During proceedings, the company entered a one-time settlement and cleared all outstanding dues to Tata Capital on 31 Dec 2025. NCLAT on 6 Jan 2026 directed the Interim Resolution Professional to file a Section 12A application seeking withdrawal of the CIRP. Next hearing is on 29 Jan 2026.
Positive for shareholders - main debt cleared with lender, insolvency withdrawal underway. Risk remains until NCLT passes final order.
