Dharan Infra-EPC: Update on ongoing SEBI investigation

The company, currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has disclosed that SEBI is conducting an investigation into its affairs. SEBI issued summons to the (now suspended) Directors and Key Managerial Personnel in May and June 2026, seeking information, records, and data for the period before CIRP began. Part of the information has been submitted, and another 7-day extension has been requested to furnish the remaining details. The Interim Resolution Professional has signed the filing.
