On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NCLT admitted Dharan Infra-EPC into insolvency in Dec 2025 over a Rs 28 crore default to Tata Capital Housing Finance. Tata Capital settled for Rs 10 crore and IRP filed a withdrawal plea. Six other lenders including LIC Housing, Canara Bank, Capri Global and Metro group oppose, claiming about Rs 600 crore. NCLAT/NCLT is hearing the withdrawal application.
Insolvency resolution likely to continue, not withdrawn. Shares remain suspended and outcomes affect all creditors and equity holders.
