Dharani Finance posted Q1 FY27 results with revenue from operations around Rs 949 lakhs and PAT of about Rs 20.35 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued a qualified review report, flagging an unrecovered inter-corporate deposit of Rs 200 lakhs given to Aryav Exports in July 2017 with no interest received since. The auditor raised significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern and noted that if provisions are made, net owned funds may fall below the RBI Section 45-IA threshold for NBFCs. The 36th AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
Qualified audit opinion and going concern doubt flagged. NBFC license at risk if capital adequacy slips below RBI norms. Negative for shareholders.
