Dharmaj Crop Guard posted Q1FY27 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue rose 4 percent YoY to Rs 3,823.75 million from Rs 3,673.83 million. Profit after tax grew 17 percent to Rs 381.10 million from Rs 325.87 million. EPS was Rs 11.28 versus Rs 9.64. Operating margin expanded notably. MSKA and Associates gave an unqualified limited review. The board appointed Megha Joshi as Independent Director for five years and accepted Amisha Shah's resignation.
