DHP India's Board, at its 11/11/2025 meeting, approved the unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results, which carried an unmodified (clean) limited-review opinion from the statutory auditors. Net revenue from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 1,436.83 lakhs, up roughly 29% from Rs 1,117.03 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while Q2 PAT jumped from about Rs 19.06 lakhs to Rs 116.20 lakhs. For H1 FY26, revenue rose to Rs 3,496.77 lakhs and PAT reached Rs 572.66 lakhs, compared to about Rs 81 lakhs in H1 FY25. The company continued to be entirely debt-free ('N.A. – No Debt') and held mutual fund investments of around Rs 19,909 lakhs. Operating cash flow for H1 FY26 was healthy at Rs 959.41 lakhs, and Q2 EPS came in at Rs 3.87 versus Rs 0.64 a year earlier.
Sharp YoY growth in revenue and profits, combined with a clean auditor opinion and zero debt, is a positive signal for shareholders; however, the QoQ dip from Q1 FY26's unusually high base may cap near-term excitement on the stock.
