Diamines & Chemicals reported its unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹763.57 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹930.43 lakhs a year ago, while 9M FY26 revenue plunged to ₹2,917.05 lakhs from ₹5,349.78 lakhs in 9M FY25, a roughly 45% year-on-year decline. The company swung to a 9M FY26 standalone loss of ₹901.97 lakhs, against a profit of ₹287.07 lakhs in the prior-year period, though the Q3 standalone loss narrowed to ₹191.45 lakhs from ₹370.44 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, the 9M FY26 net loss came in at ₹1,036.74 lakhs, with subsidiary DACL Fine Chem and associate KU Organic Diamines also reporting losses. The board also approved a revised Related Party Policy under the SEBI LODR Fifth Amendment, 2025, and made a ₹4.62 lakh provision for the new Labour Codes. Auditors KC Mehta & Co LLP issued a clean, unqualified limited review report.
Sharp revenue contraction and a return to losses point to significant business headwinds, which are likely to weigh negatively on the stock in the short term. The narrowing Q3 loss offers a small sign of stabilisation, but the full-year FY26 outlook remains weak unless the revenue recovery picks up.
