Promoters of Diamond Power Infrastructure — Monarch Infraparks Private Limited and GSEC Limited — have decided to exercise the over-subscription option in their ongoing Offer for Sale on the stock exchanges. The base offer of 2.10 crore equity shares (3.99% of paid-up capital) was held on June 5-6, 2025, and promoters will now add 1.05 crore extra shares (1.99%). Total offer size rises to 3.15 crore shares, representing 5.98% of the company's equity. Out of this, 31.5 lakh shares are reserved for retail investors. The shares have a face value of ₹1 each. The OFS was conducted through a separate trading window on BSE and NSE.
Exercising the over-subscription option generally signals that the OFS received strong demand from investors. For existing shareholders, this means a larger chunk of promoter holdings is being diluted into the market, which can add short-term supply pressure on the stock.
