Agam Agochars has filed a Section 34 petition in Delhi High Court to set aside the interim arbitration award of Aug 20, 2025 in DIC India's favor. The award includes about Rs. 2.09 crore principal plus Rs. 1.27 crore interest at 18 percent per annum plus 6 percent till actual payment. DIC had filed an execution petition on Nov 29 to enforce the award.
Agam seeks to overturn award in company's favor; recovery of about Rs. 2 crore plus interest now uncertain until court ruling.
