DIC India had earlier (31 Jan 2025) announced arbitration proceedings against Star Plastics. The company has now informed exchanges that both parties have mutually agreed to put the arbitration in abeyance and instead seek an amicable resolution through mediation. A joint application was filed with the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 6 May 2025.
