The company has now informed exchanges that both parties have mutually agreed to put the arbitration in abeyance and instead seek an amicable resolution through mediation. A joint application was filed with the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 6 May 2025. The principal amount in dispute is approximately ₹61.95 lakhs, which is the sum DIC is seeking to recover from Star Plastics.
