On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the half year ended September 30, 2026, consolidated revenue rose 161.6% to Rs 13,431.15 lakh from Rs 5,135 lakh. Profit before tax was Rs 481.65 lakh against a Rs 131.82 lakh loss, and net profit was Rs 329.87 lakh against a Rs 102.51 lakh loss. The auditor issued an unmodified review. Operating cash flow stayed negative at Rs 33.48 lakh, while borrowings reached Rs 7,291.17 lakh versus equity of Rs 2,595.43 lakh.
Profit turnaround and strong sales support sentiment, but high debt, weak cash conversion and possible warrant dilution could limit gains.
