Diffusion Engineers reported strong Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 876 million (up 19% YoY) and net profit surged to Rs 88.54 million (up 38.6%). Consolidated revenue grew 27% to Rs 1,008 million with PAT up 69% at Rs 120 million. Nine-month standalone PAT rose 52% to Rs 329.71 million. A Rs 7 million one-time exceptional charge was booked for new Labour Codes. Board approved buying 10% in defence firm Tejorup Sunmay Systems for about Rs 4.4 crores cash.
Strong profit growth and defence sector entry are positives; sudden CEO exit for personal reasons may cause short-term leadership uncertainty.
