The board of Digidrive Distributors (RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group) approved audited results for Q4 and FY25. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell about 12.7% to Rs 2,784 lakhs (from Rs 3,190 lakhs in FY24), though standalone profit after tax rose roughly 20.7% to Rs 524 lakhs (from Rs 434 lakhs), helped by higher other income. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 4.5% to Rs 4,978 lakhs and profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs 791 lakhs (from Rs 406 lakhs), as the Publication segment turned profitable (PAT of Rs 277 lakhs vs a loss of Rs 30 lakhs). Consolidated EPS rose to Rs 2.05 (from Rs 1.05). Statutory auditor Vidya & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on both results. The board also appointed M/s Kamana Goenka and Associates as secretarial auditors for five years (FY26–FY30).
Consolidated profit nearly doubled on the back of the Publication business turning profitable, which is supportive for shareholders. However, the sharp swing to negative operating cash flow (standalone Rs -838 lakhs, consolidated Rs -801 lakhs) is a red flag and may weigh on the stock in the near term despite the strong headline earnings.
