Digidrive Distributors (RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group) announced its audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 on May 23, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell about 13% to Rs. 2,784 lakhs (from Rs. 3,190 lakhs last year), though net profit rose around 21% to Rs. 524 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, which includes subsidiary Open Media Network, revenue grew modestly to Rs. 4,978 lakhs, while net profit nearly doubled to Rs. 791 lakhs (from Rs. 406 lakhs), pushing EPS to Rs. 2.05 (vs Rs. 1.05). A large chunk of the profit is driven by investment/dividend income rather than core trading. The board also appointed M/s. Kamana Goenka and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval.
The headline PAT growth looks strong on the back of investment gains and dividend income, but core trading revenue is shrinking and operating cash flow has sharply turned negative (standalone -Rs. 742 lakhs; consolidated -Rs. 806 lakhs), which is a quality-of-earnings concern for shareholders.
