Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

The InvIT Committee of Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust declared a total distribution of ₹3.0784 per unit to unitholders. This comprises ₹2.4174 per unit as return on capital and ₹0.6610 per unit as repayment of unit capital. The record date for the distribution is fixed at Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Payment will be made to eligible unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in compliance with SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
