Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Digital Fibre Infrastructure Trust has declared a distribution of ₹2.4109 per unit as return on capital to unitholders. This decision was taken at the InvIT Committee meeting held on December 18, 2025. The record date for eligibility has been fixed as Tuesday, December 23, 2025. The distribution will be paid to unitholders within 5 working days from the record date, in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations. The announcement follows an earlier communication dated December 11, 2025.
