Digitide Solutions, which got listed on BSE/NSE on June 11, 2025, has filed its first-ever audited financial results covering the period from incorporation (Feb 10, 2024) to March 31, 2025. On a consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹32,687.27 million, profit before exceptional items and tax of ₹2,229.01 million, and a net profit of ₹1,377.48 million for the period. The company operates in two segments — Business Process Management (BPM, ₹23,930 million revenue) and Tech & Digital Services (₹8,757 million revenue). Q4 standalone results showed a small loss of ₹13.88 million (owners' share loss ₹92.91 million) primarily due to exceptional charges of ₹294.98 million, including ₹182.27 million in write-offs of receivables from discontinued projects. The auditor (Deloitte Haskins & Sells) issued an unqualified opinion with an Emphasis of Matter on the Composite Scheme of Arrangement (demerger from Quess Corp) but the report is not modified.
Shareholders should note that despite a weak Q4 dragged down by one-time charges, full-year profitability and operating cash flows (₹3,684 million positive) are healthy, and the clean audit opinion supports the credibility of the post-demerger financial picture.
