Digitide Solutions, which got listed on BSE and NSE on June 11, 2025 after being demerged from Quess Corp, reported its first quarterly results as a listed company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 7,357.37 million from Rs. 6,960.05 million in the year-ago quarter (about 5.7% growth), while standalone revenue was Rs. 4,638.27 million (vs Rs. 4,380.99 million). Consolidated profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 96.93 million from Rs. 1,377.48 million a year ago, and standalone PAT was Rs. 35.93 million (vs Rs. 206.31 million). The Business Process Management segment drove Rs. 5,387.10 million in revenue while Tech and Digital contributed Rs. 1,970.27 million. The board also approved the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditor for five years and Mr. Parameshwar G Bhat as secretarial auditor.
Earnings mark Digitide's debut quarter as a listed entity. The steep YoY profit decline is largely flattered by the prior year base (extracted from Quess Corp's pre-demerger books) and burdened by Rs. 88.65 million in one-time demerger expenses, so headline profit numbers should be read with caution. Underlying operating margin has clearly compressed, which investors should track in coming quarters.
