Digjam posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 745.79 lakhs, up about 89 percent from Rs 395.28 lakhs a year ago. Profit before tax from continuing operations was Rs 87.43 lakhs, a turnaround from a Rs 65.77 lakh loss. Net profit stood at Rs 82.43 lakhs versus Rs 96.05 lakhs, dragged by a Rs 5 lakh loss from discontinued Jamnagar operations. Auditor flagged material uncertainty on going concern, noting current liabilities exceed current assets by Rs 2,107.75 lakhs and the Jamnagar plant assets of Rs 5,318.53 lakhs are classified as held for sale. A scheme of arrangement with RTIL remains pending approvals.
Strong revenue rebound, but auditor going concern flag and pending RTIL demerger keep risk elevated.
