Diksat Transworld Ltd submitted its audited standalone financial results for the year ended 31 March 2025 with an unmodified (clean) auditor's opinion. Revenue from operations collapsed to Rs. 347.56 lakhs from Rs. 2,307.77 lakhs in FY24, primarily because the company exited its subsidiary ADFARM Pvt Ltd (exit agreement filed 20 March 2025, effective 1 January 2025), which is why results are being filed standalone. Profit after tax fell to Rs. 124.07 lakhs from Rs. 287.64 lakhs, with EPS dropping to Rs. 0.02 from Rs. 0.60. Cash flow from operating activities turned sharply negative at Rs. -390.50 lakhs versus a positive Rs. 194.51 lakhs last year. Depreciation was booked at only 50% of eligible amount citing underutilised assets. The board also approved a registered office shift within Chennai, a change of statutory auditor, appointment of a new company secretary, and re-appointment of Mrs. Meenakshi Yadav as Whole Time Director for three years.
The revenue crash reflects a structural change (subsidiary exit) rather than a like-for-like slowdown, but the drop in operating cash flow and the very thin post-exit earnings base may weigh on the stock. Investors should watch the new auditor's first review and whether the residual business stabilises revenue in FY26.
