Dilip Buildcon board approved Q1FY27 results. Standalone revenue fell to Rs 1,930 Cr from Rs 2,010 Cr YoY, with PAT at Rs 39 Cr versus Rs 123 Cr (last year included one-time gains). Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,378 Cr versus Rs 2,620 Cr YoY, PAT at Rs 128 Cr. Consolidated EBITDA margin improved to 18.1% from 17.1% sequentially. Board also approved NCD issuance up to Rs 1,000 Cr, Commercial Paper up to Rs 1,000 Cr, and stake sale in two power transmission and solar SPVs worth about Rs 8,400 Cr to Alpha Alternatives. AGM on September 22, 2026.
Mixed: YoY revenue and PAT decline due to absence of prior one-time gains, but margin expansion and Rs 8,400 Cr asset sale support deleveraging plan.
