Dion Global Solutions filed Q1 FY27 (ended June 2026) standalone unaudited results via Resolution Professional. Revenue rose marginally to Rs 280.16 lakh versus Rs 276.88 lakh YoY. However, loss widened sharply to Rs 168.19 lakh versus Rs 44.50 lakh YoY as other expenses nearly tripled to Rs 173.26 lakh. EBITDA swung deeper negative to minus Rs 166.23 lakh. Auditor issued qualified opinion citing going concern doubts (negative net worth, bank defaults) and non-provision of restructuring liability under Ind AS 37. NCLT approved the resolution plan submitted by Indus Intellirisk and Intellisense on 21 July 2026.
Resolution plan approval is a positive step but going concern flagged and losses widened sharply; shareholder recovery hinges on plan implementation.
