Board approved audited FY26 results on 2 July 2026. Revenue from operations rose about 3% YoY to Rs 12,908 lakh (vs Rs 12,492 lakh). PAT jumped 170% to Rs 263 lakh (vs Rs 97 lakh), with EPS at Rs 1.00 (vs Rs 0.41). Steel segment turned in Rs 867 lakh profit versus Rs 18 lakh last year, while chemicals segment swung to a Rs 512 lakh loss from a Rs 124 lakh profit. Auditor Devadiya and Associates gave an unmodified opinion. Operating cash flow stayed negative at minus Rs 1,832 lakh versus minus Rs 919 lakh. No deviation reported in use of preferential warrant issue proceeds.
Strong headline PAT growth driven by steel, but chemicals turned loss-making and operating cash flow remains deeply negative — mixed picture for shareholders.
