FY26 PAT surges 170% to Rs 263 lakh; operating cash flow sharply negative

Dipna Pharmachem posted FY26 total income of Rs 1,291 crore, up 3.3% from Rs 1,249 crore. FY26 PAT rose 170% to Rs 263 lakh from Rs 97 lakh. Steel segment drove profit at Rs 867 lakh while Chemicals swung to a Rs 512 lakh loss. Q4 was weak with income falling sharply to Rs 20.5 crore from Rs 159 crore. EPS rose to Rs 1.00. Operating cash flow was sharply negative at Rs 1,832 lakh vs Rs 919 lakh. Auditor Devadiya and Associates issued an unmodified opinion. No deviations in preferential warrant funds use.
