Disa India reported FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs 4,247 million (up 10.4% from Rs 3,847 million in FY25) and consolidated PAT of Rs 536.2 million (up 6.4% from Rs 504.2 million). Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 200 per share (2000%) aggregating Rs 290.84 million, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 12, 2026. Exceptional items of Rs 35.1 million were recorded due to increased gratuity and leave liabilities from new Indian Labour Codes. Operating cash flow declined significantly to Rs 134.1 million from Rs 342.8 million, primarily due to a Rs 290.1 million increase in trade receivables. Mr. Lokesh Saxena was re-appointed as MD & CEO for 3 years. Cost auditors Rao, Murthy & Associates were reappointed for FY27.
Revenue growth of 10.4% YoY and PAT growth of 6.4% YoY are healthy but modest. The significant decline in operating cash flow due to rising receivables may concern investors about working capital management. The unchanged audit opinion and substantial dividend provide stability signals for shareholders.
