Bosco Armando Menezes and Emily Bosco Menezes (Persons Acting in Concert), who are not part of the promoter/promoter group, sold 79,105 equity shares (about 1.50% of share capital) of Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 28 August 2025 via an open market sale.
