ARSS Infrastructure Projects, which is already under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, has disclosed full default on its bank loans for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. The entire outstanding loan amount of around ₹1,62,788 lacs (roughly ₹1,628 crore) is in default, meaning 100% of its bank borrowings are unpaid. Meanwhile, total financial creditor claims admitted under CIRP stand at about ₹4,94,014 lacs (roughly ₹4,940 crore), spread across lenders like SBI, IDBI, Bank of India, PNB, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra, and two asset reconstruction companies (CFM ARC and Invent Assets). The Managing Director is currently suspended and an Insolvency Resolution Professional is running the process.
This is not new bad news — it is a routine quarterly default disclosure required while the company is in insolvency. Shareholders should expect very high risk: equity value is likely to be wiped out or heavily diluted depending on the resolution plan. The stock remains highly speculative.
