Disha Resources Limited submitted its unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 and 9M FY26. Revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹46.94 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹96.27 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a YoY decline of roughly 51%. The company swung to a loss after tax of ₹(3.09) lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of ₹27.91 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, the loss narrowed to ₹(10.45) lakhs from ₹(54.89) lakhs a year earlier. Total expenses of ₹52.69 lakhs exceeded total revenue of ₹48.33 lakhs in the quarter, driving the loss. The statutory auditor, S N Shah & Associates, issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
The steep revenue drop and return to quarterly loss is negative for shareholders and signals continued operational weakness. However, the nine-month loss has narrowed meaningfully versus the prior year, and the auditor's clean review provides some comfort. The company also flagged that its net worth is below ₹250 crores, which may attract regulatory or listing-related attention.
