Divgi TorqTransfer Systems reported its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Revenue from operations grew to ₹716.76 million from ₹582.20 million in Q1 FY25, a jump of about 23% year-on-year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹767.70 million versus ₹640.86 million last year. Profit before tax rose to ₹120.79 million (vs ₹73.14 million), and net profit climbed to roughly ₹89 million (vs ₹53 million), reflecting strong operating leverage. The Board also declared a final dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share for FY 2024-25 and fixed September 16, 2025 as the AGM date. Additionally, Kanj & Co. LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years and Kirtane & Pandit LLP as Internal Auditor for two years.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth should be viewed positively by shareholders, as both revenue (over 20%) and PAT (over 65%) expanded meaningfully YoY. The declared dividend rewards existing shareholders, and the clean auditor review report with no qualifications adds further comfort.
