Divgi Torqtransfer Systems reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, reviewed by statutory auditor B.K. Khare & Co. with a clean (unqualified) review report. Revenue from operations rose to ₹716.76 million from ₹542.29 million in Q1 FY25, a growth of around 32%. Net profit jumped to ₹198.00 million from ₹89.29 million year-on-year, more than doubling with PAT growth of roughly 122%. Total income stood at ₹767.70 million versus ₹593.76 million, and EPS rose to ₹2.92 from ₹1.75. The Board declared a final dividend of ₹2.60 per share for FY25, with September 8, 2025 as the record/cut-off date and the 60th AGM scheduled for September 16, 2025. The Board also appointed Kanj & Co. LLP as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30) and Kirtane & Pandit LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26–FY27.
Strong top-line growth above 30% and a more than doubling of net profit signal robust business momentum, which is generally positive for the stock and shareholder confidence.
