Divi's Laboratories reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹2,410 crores in Q1 FY26, up about 13.8% from ₹2,118 crores in Q1 FY25. Consolidated total income rose to ₹2,529 crores from ₹2,197 crores, a 15% increase. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) jumped to ₹545 crores from ₹430 crores, a 26.7% year-on-year rise, while profit before tax grew to ₹733 crores from ₹604 crores. On a standalone basis, PAT grew even stronger at 29.5% to ₹557 crores, and EPS stood at ₹20.95 (standalone) / ₹20.49 (consolidated). The quarter also included a forex gain of ₹39 crores versus a ₹1 crore loss a year ago. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong profit growth driven by operating leverage and a favourable forex tailwind, despite revenue rising in low double digits. Clean audit report and no exceptional items support a positive read for shareholders, though sequential PBT did dip from ₹864 crores in Q4 FY25 to ₹733 crores in Q1 FY26.
