Divi's Laboratories reported strong full-year FY2026 results with consolidated total income of ₹11,067 crore, up 14% from ₹9,712 crore in FY2025. Standalone PAT grew 18% to ₹2,607 crore from ₹2,209 crore, while consolidated PAT rose 17% to ₹2,568 crore from ₹2,191 crore. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
