Dixon Technologies' Board approved a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share (face value Rs. 2 each) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 33rd AGM. The company reported strong consolidated FY2026 results with revenue of Rs. 49,586 crore (up 28% YoY), EBITDA of Rs. 2,580 crore (up 69% YoY), and PAT of Rs. 1,644 crore (up 33% YoY). The Board also granted 16,155 stock options to employees under the Dixon ESOP 2023 plan. The company continues to expand its subsidiary and joint venture portfolio, including new acquisitions in Q Tech India and investments in IT devices and infocom businesses.
