Dixon said Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue including other income was Rs 15,351 crore, up 33%, while profit after tax was Rs 746 crore, up 81%. Excluding Rs 493 crore of valuation and lighting business transfer gains, revenue rose 29% to Rs 14,858 crore and profit after tax rose 37% to Rs 323 crore. H1 adjusted profit after tax rose 61% to Rs 603 crore. It bought 51% of Q Tech India for Rs 553 crore.
Underlying growth supports the stock, but one-off gains inflate reported profit. The 7,000-option grant is negligible; the acquisition adds risk.
