DJ Mediaprint & Logistics has fixed Wednesday, 16th July 2025 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the final dividend. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.10 (1%) per equity share on a face value of Rs. 10 for F.Y. 2024-25. The dividend is subject to approval of members at the 16th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, 23rd July 2025. E-voting will be open from Sunday, 20th July 2025 (9:00 am) to Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 (5:00 pm).
