DLF announces Financial Results for Q4 & FY26

DLF Limited reported strong FY26 consolidated results with revenue of Rs 10,174 crore and net profit of Rs 4,256 crore (before exceptional items), up 16% year-on-year. Q4 FY26 contributed revenue of Rs 2,452 crore with net profit of Rs 1,265 crore. The company achieved record new sales bookings of Rs 20,143 crore driven by key launches including DLF Privana North (Rs 11,000+ crore), DLF Westpark Mumbai (Rs 2,300+ crore), and The Dahlias (Rs 4,800+ crore). Cash generation was exceptional with net surplus of Rs 7,746 crore (up 25%) and a net cash position of Rs 14,155 crore. The development business is debt-free (zero gross debt) and the rental portfolio of ~50 msf operates at 95% occupancy. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 8 per share, up 33% year-on-year.
DLF's strong cash generation, zero debt, and record bookings signal solid operational health. The 16% PAT growth and 22%+ revenue expansion reflect sustained demand for its premium residential projects, which should support stock positivity.
