DLF Limited board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results for quarter ended 30 June 2026. Standalone total income fell 23.5% YoY to Rs 1,607.11 crores, but net profit rose 64% to Rs 64.40 crores with EPS of Rs 0.26 versus Rs 0.16. Consolidated net profit was Rs 195.06 crores versus Rs 1,268.56 crores, impacted by prior year JHL exceptional gain of about Rs 801 crores. Prior period figures restated for amalgamation of 16 entities. Rental business now reported as separate segment. Auditor flagged ongoing CCI, SEBI, and land-related cases as emphasis of matter.
Standalone profit growth supported by cost control, but revenue decline and prior year exceptional gain base effect on consolidated numbers may concern investors. Litigation overhang persists.
