DLF Limited reported Q1 FY27 standalone results with net profit of Rs 65.34 crores versus Rs 39.40 crores in Q1 FY26, up about 66% year on year. Profit before tax rose to Rs 87.23 crores from Rs 48.58 crores. Total income grew to about Rs 656 crores from Rs 562 crores. The auditor included an Emphasis of Matter on ongoing legal cases including a CCI penalty of Rs 630 crores, IT SEZ land cancellation matters, and SEBI penalties, all pending before the Supreme Court.
Strong YoY growth in standalone profitability. Legal overhang from CCI, SEBI and land cases remains a watch item but management is confident of favourable outcomes.
