The Board of Dollar Industries, at its May 14, 2025 meeting, recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (150% on face value of ₹2), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on July 25, 2025, with record date set as July 18, 2025. For FY25, standalone revenue from operations grew about 8.6% year-on-year to ₹1,682.19 crore, while standalone profit after tax rose marginally to ₹90.33 crore (₹89.39 crore in FY24), giving EPS of ₹15.93. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹1,710.46 crore with PAT of ₹92.22 crore and EPS of ₹16.05. The Board also approved the appointment of Ms. Shalini Jain as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, the re-appointment of Mr. Gopalakrishnan Sarankapani as Whole-time Director for 5 years, and the appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Tibrewalla as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30. The auditor (Singhi & Co.) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The dividend is maintained at the same ₹3 per share level as the prior year, offering steady but unchanged income for shareholders. Revenue growth is healthy but profit growth is almost flat, suggesting margin pressure, which may keep the stock reaction muted despite the stable dividend.
