Dollar Industries posted Q1 FY27 results with flat revenue but strong profit growth. Standalone revenue rose 1.4% YoY to Rs 389.07 cr while PAT jumped 24.6% to Rs 24.46 cr. Consolidated revenue grew 1.4% to Rs 404.81 cr with PAT up 20.4% to Rs 26.25 cr. EBITDA margins expanded year-on-year supported by lower raw material and subcontract costs. The composite scheme of arrangement to merge eight group entities into Dollar Industries is awaiting final NCLT approval after shareholder endorsement. Auditors Singhi and Co issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Margin-led profit growth signals operational efficiency. Pending scheme approval will simplify group structure and prune related-party deals.
