DOMS Industries reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 670.5 Cr, up 19.2% YoY, driven by domestic demand, back-to-school season traction, and new product launches. However, EBITDA fell 16.4% to Rs 82.6 Cr with margin compressing to 12.3% from 17.6%, hit by raw material volatility, higher ESOP and headcount costs, and elevated expenses. PAT declined 23.4% to Rs 45.3 Cr. Company acquired Reynolds brand and plans to commission first phase of 50+ acre greenfield facility by end of Q2 FY27.
Strong revenue growth offset by sharp margin compression on raw material costs. Reynolds acquisition and new capacity positive for long term. Watch margins.
